Franson Civil Engineers conducted planning and investigations for enclosure of High Lane Canal. In addition to the distribution of water, the canal enclosure project includes improvements in operational efficiency, water savings/conservation, and improved safety by reducing risk associated with stormwater entering the canal, slope stability, and residential encroachment.
This effort looks to the future of south Utah County and provides for the efficient and safe delivery of water for decades, while accommodating current growth. We coordinated with all water agencies in the area.
