Groundwater and Wells

Wells and underground water sources are an integral part of the water supply for many municipalities--urban and rural alike. Cities use groundwater, wells, and springs for both culinary and irrigation purposes; sharing this valued resource is customary. Franson Civil Engineers are experienced with source citing, feasibility, permitting, design, source development, testing, and the evaluation of various water sources. We have been very successful in improving spring production and conjunctive use management, which is the coordinated and combined use of surface water and groundwater.

Helper Springs Rehabilitation

The rehabilitation of the springs included investigation, planning, design, permitting, and construction review activities.
