Sanpete County Master Plan

Franson Civil Engineers conducted public hearings to obtain public input regarding water-related problems and needs within Sanpete County and to identify potential water conservation and development projects.

We developed goals to address the identified problems and needs. To accomplish the established goals, we formulated plans for over 30 different projects with associated costs and benefits which were then evaluated against a uniform set of evaluation criteria. Analyses included economic and environmental considerations as well as technical and institutional feasibility. We then developed an implementation plan which included a prioritized project list with schedule and budget. We have assisted with the implementation of many of the projects.
