Highland Water Company was experiencing tremendous growth due to development within their service area. Franson Civil Engineers completed a Culinary Water Master Plan for the entire service area and a Capital Facility Plan through build-out conditions. We utilized a hydraulic computer model to optimize the existing culinary system. The plan reviewed demands of the existing 3,200 connections and determined that a future groundwater source will be required once the area has reached its build-out potential of 6,000 connections.
