Project Bidding

As a service to clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, we are pleased to provide bid information through QuestCDN. Interested parties will need to sign up for a free account under www.questcdn.com. This account can be created in advance, or the first time a bid packet is downloaded.

As part of the sign-up process, you will be required to give a valid email address. This address will be used to notify bidders of addenda or other applicable project information. Contact QuestCDN at 952-233-1632 or [email protected] for assistance in free membership registration, downloading, and working with this digital project information. Franson Civil cannot assist with QuestCDN account issues; you must contact QuestCDN Support (see Online Bidding User Guide linked below).
